Dietary Supplement Manufacturing, All Under One Roof

One factory for your whole supplement line

One factory for your whole supplement line: one audit, one shipment.

Most supplement brands juggle three or four suppliers: one for capsules, one for gummies, one for powders, one for teas. We manufacture all of them — capsules, tablets, gummies, instant drink powders, and functional teas — in a single certified facility in Guangzhou, China.

OEM, ODM, private label, and wholesale: which model fits you?

The four engagement models we run are often confused, so it helps to separate them before you request a quote.

OEM (original equipment manufacturing) means you bring the formula, the specifications, and the artwork, and we manufacture to your instructions. This suits established brands with a finished recipe that need a certified production partner.

ODM (original design manufacturing) means you bring the concept — a positioning, a target consumer, a desired benefit — and our R&D team develops the formula, selects the format, and produces samples. With roughly 20 new products developed each year and 20 invention patents behind our development work, ODM is the fastest route for brands entering a category for the first time.

Private label means you select from formats and concepts we have already developed and apply your own brand identity. This is the shortest path to market because the product development stage is already complete.

Wholesale means you buy finished goods in bulk for your own distribution, without your own branding requirements.

Many buyers start with private label for speed and move into ODM or OEM once their brand gains traction. If you are unsure which model fits, describe your situation in an inquiry and we will recommend an approach rather than upsell you into a heavier program.

How the development and production process works

A typical concept-to-finished-product cycle runs about 15 days. That figure covers the stages most buyers care about, though exact timing depends on formula complexity, packaging choice, and how quickly you return feedback.

The general sequence:

  1. Brief and scoping. You share the product concept, target market, format, and any regulatory constraints. We confirm feasibility and the appropriate manufacturing line.
  2. Formula development or review. For ODM and private label, our R&D team builds the formula. For OEM, we review your existing formula against our production capabilities.
  3. Sampling. Samples are produced so you can evaluate taste, texture, appearance, and packaging fit before committing.
  4. Packaging and artwork. Bag style, box format, labeling, and market-specific requirements are finalized. Tea formats alone include pyramid bags, flat bags, string-and-tag bags, and loose leaf.
  5. Production. Manufacturing runs on the relevant line — one of 13 across the facility, supported by 30 sets of equipment in 100,000-class clean workshops.
  6. Quality control. Our 2 QA/QC inspectors oversee incoming materials, in-process checks, and finished goods.
  7. Dispatch. Orders ship against our 99.5% on-time dispatch record, with combined shipments available when you order multiple formats.

Minimum order quantities explained

MOQ varies by format because production lines and packaging setups differ.

If you are launching several SKUs at once, ask whether production can be scheduled so that your combined order reaches a workable volume across formats. Consolidating a tea, a gummy, and a capsule into one production plan is exactly the scenario a single-facility manufacturer is built for.

What to look for in a supplement contract manufacturer

Whether you work with us or evaluate alternatives, these are the checks that separate a reliable partner from a risky one.

Certification coverage that matches your markets. ISO9001, ISO22000, HACCP, and GMP standards cover quality systems broadly; HALAL matters if you sell into Muslim-majority markets; FDA registration and export food enterprise filing matter for cross-border trade. A manufacturer exporting to 30+ countries should be able to speak to all of these.

Format breadth under one roof. Every additional supplier adds an audit, a quality relationship, and a shipment. If your roadmap includes more than one format, single-facility production removes that overhead.

A verifiable trade record. Response time, on-time dispatch rate, and buyer ratings are observable signals. Our figures are a 4.6/5 rating across 53 Alibaba reviews, response within 4 hours, 99.5% on-time dispatch, and more than US$140,000 in online orders.

Development capacity. Ask how many new products a manufacturer develops per year and whether they hold patents. Roughly 20 new products annually and 20 invention patents indicate an R&D function rather than a pure assembly operation.

Market familiarity. Our Alibaba traffic shows Africa at 50% of main markets, North America at 20%, and Southeast Asia at 10% — practical experience with the labeling, packaging, and formulation expectations of those regions.

Tea and supplement combinations: a category worth considering

Because we manufacture both functional teas and supplement formats, we can support brands that want to sell across categories: a tea SKU for daily ritual, a gummy or capsule for convenience, and an instant powder for on-the-go use — all under one brand, one quality system, and one shipping plan. This is where consolidation stops being a procurement shortcut and starts being a product strategy.

Our export brands include Winstown (our main export brand), Wansongtang, and Daynee. Discuss your supplement line →
